As of September, we have moved to Bernard. The Acadia Workshop Center is now housed here as well. I'll be posting pictures of the new studio and art supply store. We're still painting and prettifying the place.
Beginner watercolor classes will start in January and the Intermediate class is still on-going.

- I've always been an "island" girl... I grew up on Manhattan Island in NYC. Before "retiring" to MDI in 2000, I worked as an art director/graphic designer in the metro NY area for over 30 years. I paint in all media but watercolor is my first love. Watercolor has a uniqueness unattainable in any other medium and it is the most difficult of all mediums. My subject matter is varied and color sparks my interest. I teach local watercolor classes and am available for commissioned work. During the summer I study with some of the finest artists. I am the Workshop Director and co-founder of the Acadia Workshop Center now located in Bernard. Five day workshops, by nationally known artists, are featured throughout the summer season. www.acadiaworkshopcenter.com The Acadia Plein Air Group, my local artist group, meets and paints every Monday throughout the year at various locations on and around the Island.
